Etiquette
We ask that all pagers and cell phones be turned off prior to visiting our spa. This minimizes distractions to other clients' sessions, as well as your own. We run a very respectable and professional business and we ask that you act the same in return.
Due to our exceptional service and commitment to our customers and therapists we require a 11hr cancellation for all appointments made. If this is not honored we regret that we must charge your credit card half the amount of the service, thank you for understanding.
