We ask that all pagers and cell phones be turned off prior to visiting our spa. This minimizes distractions to other clients' sessions, as well as your own. We run a very respectable and professional business and we ask that you act the same in return.  All of our therapists are professionally trained and licensed and should be treated as such.  Any questionable behavior will not be tolerated, and will result in termination of the session with no refund.

Due to our high standards of exceptional service and commitment to our clients, we require a 12 hour cancellation notice for any appointment.  Should this not be honored we regret that we much charge your credit card for 50% of the full price of service.  This includes members!
