We had a client come in yesterday telling us how helpful massage therapy has been in helping her  with her migraine headaches, which got us thinking about tips that can help ease headaches naturally.  Here are a few tips if you start to feel a headache coming on.  Try drinking a lot of water.  Many times headaches are caused from dehydration.  Aromatherapy sometimes helps ease muscle tension.  Scents like lavender and peppermint are very popular.  Meditation and deep breathing can sometimes ease muscle tension by relaxing the muscles.  Yoga is a good way to increase blood flow to your muscles, which can help the muscles relax.   Massage therapy helps to increase oxygen and b...
