A customized treatment for each individual. Our therapists are uniquely trained in a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and more.
Keep in mind that Serenity and Massage is known for our combination massages as we find it to be more beneficial to combine styles to better treat the unique parts of the body.
Not all therapists have certificates in the specific styles. If you want a traditional style, please refer to the therapist styles page or give us a call.
Deep Tissue Massage-The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints)
Prenatal Massage - This massage is focused on bringing relaxation and easing tension in the hips, back, neck, shoulders, legs and feet to expectant mothers. This is a side-lying massage.
Thai Yoga Massage- A traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures.
Conservative Bodywork - A service that brings pain relief through stimulating pressure points using compression, shiatsu, and/or stretching techniques on the whole body. The client is fully clothed for this treatment.
Reiki - An energy healing technique that provides deep relaxation to the body and mind, allowing the energy channels to open and clear. This technique does not use the manipulation of soft tissue.
Shiatsu- A form of Japanese bodywork based on ideas in traditional Chinese medicine (using finger pressure). Working specific pressure points to relieve pain and bring the body in balance.
Lymphatic Drainage- A technique developed in Germany for treatment for lymphedema, an accumulation of fluid that can occur after lymph nodes are removed during surgery.
Cupping- This is a Chinese medicine therapy in which cups are applied to the skin along the meridians of the body, creating suction as a way of stimulating the flow of energy (popular among athletes).
Cranial Sacral- A gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column, and sacrum. The goal is to release compression in those areas, which alleviates stress and pain.

*May be added into your 60 min or 90 min massage. Only select therapists are available for this service.
Insurance Massages
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any insurance at this time.
Clients may want to take advantage of the Serenity and Massage membership plan. For more details, click on the “Membership” tab.
*Due to the added physical and mental strain, not all therapists offer two, 60 minute massages back-to-back (2-hour massages). There is a $35 service fee added at checkout. Please call to inquire as they can no longer be booked online.
** We're happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price; however, if canceled or rescheduled within 6 hours, you will be charged the full price or massage benefit surrendered. When you book an appointment, that time is set aside for you, and late canceled appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that therapists only get paid when they deliver a service.**
