Massage therapists are trained in the art of helping and healing people.  We are very fortunate to work with many talented therapists that are also blessed with many other skills.  We have many massage therapists continuing their education in different massage techniques, acupuncture, and Master degrees.  One of our massage therapists writes and records her own music on her free time.  We have another therapist that is highly trained in the art of Wing Chun Kung Fu who teaches self-defense classes to all ages and another therapist that makes and sells her own jewelry.   Just recently, one of our therapists has decided to put her creativity to work and create Instagram promoti...

We had a client come in yesterday telling us how helpful massage therapy has been in helping her  with her migraine headaches, which got us thinking about tips that can help ease headaches naturally.  Here are a few tips if you start to feel a headache coming on.  Try drinking a lot of water.  Many times headaches are caused from dehydration.  Aromatherapy sometimes helps ease muscle tension.  Scents like lavender and peppermint are very popular.  Meditation and deep breathing can sometimes ease muscle tension by relaxing the muscles.  Yoga is a good way to increase blood flow to your muscles, which can help the muscles relax.   Massage therapy helps to increase oxygen and b...
